A Pét-Nat from Emilia-Romagna region of Italy made from 100% Fortana, with up to 100 years old vines. Fine round bubbles with a medium body and layers of candied ginger, papaya, strawberry, citrus, pepper, leading to a stony, tart finish*

Venus la Universal Dido Blanc 2017
*A natural, skin-macerated Spanish white, made from a blend of Macabeu, White Grenache, and Cartoixà. Aromas of orchard fruits, pears, with a hint of lemon citrus, clove, pepper, and some earthy mushroom funk. The acidity is nervy and almost puckering but balanced by the weight and tannins provided by skin maceration. The finish is long and leaves flavors of ripe apple, salty minerals, doughy yeast, apricot, and pepper. A terrific value*

Stéphane Lucas Papillon d’Orphée 2018
*Organic and biodynamicly-grown Braucol wfrom the gailliac region of France. Dark currants, black cherry, cassis, and blackberries with a distinct dark mineral soil aroma. Medium-bodied but with a firm tannic structure, this wine is bursting with flavors of cherry, blueberry, pepper, minty herbs, limestone and earth. A great choice as the weather begins to cool down*
