Crooked Stave Stay the Funk In 750ML
*Méthode Traditionnelle (Champagne method) Sour Ale spontaneously-fermented in oak barrels. The beer started with a double decoction “turbid mash”, then a 3 hour boil with aged whole cone hops before being placed in a coolship (season 2016/2017) where it spontaneously ferments for 14 hours. The beer was then aged in oak foudres for over a year then bottled in March of 2018, 6.3% ABV*

Logsdon Mount Hood Magic 750ML
A tart spontaneously fermented cherry Sour Ale, brewed with a simple wort of Pilsner malt, spelt, raw wheat, and oats, boiling it at length with aged Goldings hops and inoculating it in their coolship overnight. The beer then spent 1.5 years maturing in French oak casks, before aging with 200 lbs of tart Jubileum cherries from Hood River for an additional 10 months, 7.5% ABV*
