This cuvée is the embodiment of the first sparkling wines, produced according to the ancestral method.

Pretty little bubbles, very little alcohol, liveliness and a very fresh fruitiness that make it the ideal aperitif during the summer!

100% destemmed. Direct grape crushing, very softly. Partial fermentation in stainless steel vats with indigenous yeasts. Aged on the lees in stainless steel tanks, then bottled before fermentation is complete. The bubbles form naturally in the bottle. Minimal filtering after 2/3 of the fermentation. No sulfites added.
