A hazy IPA with Thiol Turbo Boost™- a process that utilizes thiol rich PhantasmⓇ powder, progressive hopping techniques and a thiol liberating yeast strain.

The resulting thiol saturation renders a dramatic rush of pure passion fruit expression on the nose followed by a propulsive Sauv Blanc diesel character with ripe gooseberry highlights. Each satiny swallow features radiant peach and nectarine flavors folded into a delicate pie crust-like malt presence.

In the finish, notes of pineapple and strawberry coalesce and leave the impression of sweet raspberry sorbet.

OUR STORY
Alvarado Street Brewery was founded by father-son duo John and J.C. Hill in March of 2014. What started as a neighborhood brewery restaurant in Downtown Monterey has evolved into three locations dedicated to serving Monterey county’s locals and visitors alike.

Our breweries collectively dabble in a little bit of everything, but are best known for brewing progressive, hop forward ales that span the range of hazy and West Coast-style IPAs. We love us some crisp, clean lagers too and heavily fruited sour ales.
