Tuscan terroir is suitable far many different grape varieties, but several give particularly expressive results in certain microzones. This is the case with Syrah in our microclimate which, together with the immediate appeal of Merlot and the typically territorial personality of, gives an original and complex wine.
MATCHES WITH FOOD
Ideal with pasta and rice dishes and with grilled meat.
Already pleasurable after three or four years, it reaches its peak after a decade.
Grapes: 70% Syrah, 15% Sangiovese, 15% Merlot
Aging: 12 months in 60 gallon French oak barrels.
