Bodega Era Champú 2023

Bodega Era Champú 2023

We are a small artisan winery. Year after year, we strive to better understand the personality of our plots. We vinify each plot and each variety without predetermined recipes, drawing on our experience and intuition. Our greatest endeavor is to enhance the qualities of the grapes that each vintage offers.

We strive to preserve the uniqueness of our land and each vintage with minimal intervention.

We use traditional winemaking methods, but that doesn’t mean we’re turning our backs on technology. The voltameter, the spectrophotometer, and the pH meter allow us to explore the intricacies of our wines and better understand them. They don’t replace tasting.

We carry out a first cold pre-fermentation maceration to enhance the fruity aromas.

After racking, we separate the free-run wine and the pressed wine. Each wine will have different qualities that will be valuable for the final blends . We press minimally.

We age our wines in French oak barrels. We limit ourselves to about 20 barrels per year. We don’t approach aging our wines with a fixed barrel ageing time. Each wine stays in barrels as long as it needs.
