Cascade isn’t the newest of hops, but this classic American variety which single-handedly started the American hoppy craft beer revolution is the perfect counterpoint to the familiar modern IPA hops.

Here it teams up with Mosaic for a wide spectrum of hop character. Mosaic brings the punch of tangy pineapple, sticky ganja like pine and citrus while Cascade adds softer notes of honeydew melon, sour apple Jolly Ranchers and sweet lilac pollen.
