Reviews
James Suckling – “Looking for a great red Burgundy and not afraid of little-known vineyard names? Here it is! Mind-blowing nose of red fruit with a touch of red-rose and subtle, spicy notes. Stunning concentration, but this is also dangerously silky, the danger being you could forget the rest of the world! Long, lingering finish that’s irresistibly sensual. Drink or hold.” (96 Pts)
Wine Advocate – “The 2020 Domaine Charles Audoin Les Longeroies Marsannay Rouge is a touch more reserved out of the gates than the Clos du Roy, unwinding in the glass with notes of wild berries, red plums, vine smoke, spices, peonies and orange rind. Medium to full-bodied, ample and fleshy, it’s deep and concentrated, with powdery tannins and a chalky finish.” (93+ Pts)
