A Spontaneous Farmhouse Ale with Nectarines Aged in Oak Barrels for One Year.

Our spontaneously fermented farmhouse-esque base beer, aged in oak for a minimum of a year, then fermented and conditioned in secondary oak tank with loads of hand-processed Oregon Nectarines.

It’s a truly wonderful beer, with loads of fruit character from the Nectarines, as well as from the natural fermentation character itself. There’s understated complexity to complement the bold fruit, providing for a delightfully drinkable yet decidedly ponderable experience.
