A golden wine, with a fruity nose and notes of white fruit. Dry and fresh, its fruitiness is present on the palate. A typical Chenin Blanc wine, best enjoyed young.

Soils: Clay over firm chalky limestone bedrock.
Yield: 40hl/hectare
80% fermented in temperature-controlled vats, 20% neutral oak barrel fermented.
