Plateau at an altitude of 450m formed by the volcanic eruption of the Massif du Sancy. Terroir characterized by high thermal amplitudes and low rainfall due to the proximity of the Sancy massif.
Gamay and pinot noir on volcanic ash and pumice stones
Ruby red color, rich and powerful nose with aromas of red fruits tending towards empyreumatic notes (smoked, tobacco, incense). Soft and ample mouth.

A lighter and mineral laden blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir, accented by spicy red fruit nuances.
