Pronounced ess-keys, this is the brothers-in-laws’ sans soufre cuvée, made without any additions of SO2. If well made (like this one!), wines without sulfur additions are said to be relaxed, without the restricted tension brought on by sulfur, and especially easy to drink.
Raised in concrete vats and bottled in January following the harvest, this dark, plummy wine is best drunk young.

TERROIR
The vineyard is installed on a plateau corresponding to the average terrace of the Tarn. The terroir is made up of very beautiful gravelly soils.
WINEMAKING
The grapes were vinified in vats without the addition of sulphur, to express their aromatic qualities as much as possible. Aging in vats without the addition of sulfur allowed all the fruit of the grapes to be preserved. Bottling, again without adding sulphites.
TASTING
Of a beautiful purple red, with purple nuances, this fresh and fruity wine offers aromas of red fruits and spices. The mouth is fresh, fruity and greedy: a pleasure of wine, to drink young!
ACCOMPANIEMENT To drink with friends and on all occasions! It will express its full potential served at 14-15°C, as an aperitif, with summer salads or with charcuterie, poultry, white meats and grilled meats.
