The 2018 vintage produced Welschriesling grapes of exceptional ripeness. Two weeks of spontaneous fermentation on the mash give this wine its deep, mineral tannin structure. A year of maturation in oak barrels on the fine yeast supports the spicy, apple-fruity character. Filled unfiltered!
With the “Elementum” series, we highlight the individual, elemental characteristics of the grape varieties through special maturation.
