Why?

Well, we’ve been working on perfecting our Saison recipe over the past couple of years to prepare it for distribution… and it’s gone through a lot of variations. And then brewer (Taylor’s Instagram) brought us his Saison recipe… yeah, this is EXACTLY what we’ve been looking for.

El Segundo Break of Dawn is a carefully crafted, well-balanced, Saison that brings classic Saison flavors with bright effervescence that’s designed to evolve as the beer ages. It’s complex aroma melds sweet florals, stone fruit, lemon and banana with baking spice and black tea. With a very dry finish and soft bitterness, this beer is as refreshing as it is sophisticated.

ABV – 6.5%
Hops – Tettnang, Strisselspalt
Malt – Canadian Malting Co. Superior Pilsner, Flaked Wheat, Dextrose
Yeast – Farmhouse Ale Yeast
