Pete started as a keg washer and is now our “Jefe de Hospitality,” a “crowning-achievement” to say the least. We’ll drink to that, “Prost!”

Clear, light gold with a fluffy cap of white foam that leaves a trail of lacing down the glass. Delicate aromas of pomme, citrus, honeysuckle, chamomile, white bread and dough. The body is medium-light and the flavor is balanced between doughy malt sweetness and gentle bitterness. The finish is dry, clean and crisp. Summertime is Kolsch time!
