This is a dream matchup for us! We’ve been loving what our friends in San Diego have been doing since they opened up in 2012!

We got together and brain-stormed. We decided to let’s do what we both do best, and now we’re making the biggest & baddest West Coast IPA we can!

El Segundo Optimized Synergy IPA

Our bandwidth was limited and we wanted to streamline our processes without boiling the ocean, so we got our ducks in a row and pinged @societebrewing to see if they’d take a deep dive with us as we drilled down and thought outside the box.

Thankfully, they put some things on the back burner and joined our mission to break down some silos and help us leverage our game-changing best practices so we can make hay and bring to the table Optimized Synergy!

Huge thanks to our cubicle mates at Societe Brewing for sharing their core competences and going into the weeds with us! We’re hoping to move the needle with this beer straight from our wheelhouse… a bold, hoppy West Coast banger!
