El Segundo Wave Pattern IPA

This beer takes inspiration from our MadeWest-brewed collab that released last October. We continued the use of Simcoe and a new-to-us NZ hop, Riwaka, and we added El Dorado for a tropical pop and Strata for depth. We also kept with using Rahr Northstar Pilsner malt, which keeps the color of the beer incredibly light while contributing a delicate floral sweetness. This beer is anything but delicate, though. It is incredibly aromatic and easy drinking.

Wave Pattern is brilliantly clear with a pale straw color and tight, fluffy bubbles. The aromatics are massive and have great depth, boasting guava and bubblegum with ruby grapefruit zest and pine resin. Oh Yeah.
