Cru: Piano delli Perdoni
Sun exposure: our vineyards are situated on a ventilated and sunny all day long
Farming: Gujot and a balanced dry pruning, a careful cure in the moment of greater vegetative development and a radical thinning before and after the beginning of the ripening, manually executed, allow a close care of a qualitative control. The mechanized part of the job concerns exclusively the treatments (copper sulfate and pit sulfur) and the control of the grass growth.
Soil : Sand 27%, Silt 51%, Clay 22%
Year of implant : two vineyards, one 20 years old and the other 40 years old.
Harvest: It is collected by hand in appropriate cases during the last week of September.
Vinifcation: in steel vats for ten days of maceration on peel.
Aging: We bottle it in August without filtering it and we sell it after two months of refining in bottle.
Alcohol vol. (%): 13.5%
