Our friends @smogcitybeer collaborated with us to create this unique West Coast Pilsner. At 30 IBUs you get just the right amount of bitterness with notes of mango, pineapple, grapefruit, nectarine, and then some raspberry, pine.
Down & Dirty: Pilsner Malt with Saaz, Hallertaur, Simcoe, HBC 1019, and Alora hops
ABV: 5.5%
IBU: 30
Color: Clear light straw
Aroma: Mango, pineapple, grapefruit, various stone fruits, namely, nectarine and peach and then some raspberry, fresh cut grass, and pine.
Flavor: Gently sweet with medium bitterness.
Availability: June 2025, limited.
