We went full hop-nerd with our buddies at Georgetown Brewing and brewed a Fresh Hop IPA packed to the brim with Strata hops from not one, but two legendary farms — Westwood Farms and Goschie Farms.

Here’s our Georgetown collab—because nothing says fresh hop chaos like teaming up with Seattle’s finest. We packed this IPA to the brim with Strata from TWO farms (Westwood + Goschie), and the result is pure hop mayhem: juicy citrus, glowing tropical fruit, and that unmistakable Strata stank. This one’s gonna be gone before you can say “freshies”.

Ben Love is the Gigantic Brewing Company’s Brewmaster. A native Oregonian, Ben’s passion for beer (legally) began with a pint at the Horse Brass and a stint at Belmont Station in 1999. His brewing career began in 2003 in Appleton, WI at the Adler Brau Brewpub.

He returned to Oregon in 2004 to brew at Pelican in Pacific City. In 2007, Ben became the first employee and Headbrewer at Hopworks Urban Brewery (HUB) in Portland. Ben always wanted to own his own business, and put years of dreaming and scheming into action to start Gigantic.

He’s spins funk and soul, and will do anything for incredible food.
