We created a series of beers in between a Blonde Ale and an IPA for those that want familiar flavors but without the high ABV. This Petite IPA uses spelt, which is a sweeter and nuttier form of wheat, as well as oats for added flavor and body. This beer finished a little drier than expected, which makes for a very drinkable beverage for the consumer.
