GOAL. Brewing Speed Yellow

Speed Yellow West Coast IPA was designed with drinkability and flavor in mind. The beer uses 5.5 lbs per bbl of Mosaic Cryo and hand selected Simcoe hops to give off a sensory experience of pineapple, grapefruit, and berries. It was also fermented with Lager yeast for some extra crispness and aromatics that are perfect for this style. It’s my favorite IPA on the board and at only 6.2% ABV, you can drink a couple with ease.
