This sour IPA will transport you to a universe of passionfruit, dragon fruit, vanilla, coconut and milk sugar, providing divine answers among Motueka and Citra hops.

Luminous is our series of Sour IPA’s and each batch is uniquely different. Great Notion Luminous 05 was fermented with Passion Fruit, Dragon Fruit, milk sugar and vanilla bean.

Great Notion Brewing (GNB) is a brewery started by three friends and neighbors in Portland, Oregon. We offer hazy, fruit-forward IPAs and “culinary-inspired” sours & stouts.
