We are serving up a harvest of Seedless at the melon patch, so stop by for some record breaking blue ribbon flavor. By now, everyone should be familiar with Seedless, but just in case you haven’t tried this tart Gose yet, it’s best not to wait. This Summer seasonal beer comes out a few times during the warmest months before it’s all gone.

We brew our Gose in the traditional way to sour it along with a touch of sea salt and coriander before the fun starts. After fermentation, we add bushels of flavor from watermelon and dragon fruit for a sour and sweet hard candy mash up beaming with electric pink color.
