The never ending quest to strike the right balance between American Stout, and the always high quality Mostra Coffee continues with a fresh pot of Stamper Stout. We use Mostra’s Ghost Bear, a medium roast bean from the Philippines with bright dark chocolate and stone fruit notes. This coffee blend lands a dead center fist bump with Stamper’s specialty malts and assertive Columbus hops. The focus leans toward the fruit flavors of coffee and malt, instead of harsher roasted flavors in this smooth operator. Never give an inch!
