This wine comes from young vines planted at high density between 7,000 and 10,500 vines / hectare, with our own mass selection from old vines. Not being able to talk about terroir for 15-20 years, the time for the roots of the vines to set in place, we then decided to produce a label in the image of the very beautiful Riesling grape! This wine is racy, complex and fruity, it evolves on lemony aromas.
