It is both smooth and substantial.

Founded in 2018 by husband-and-wife team Daniel and Talia Haykin, Haykin Family Cider is an award-winning, small-batch cidery dedicated to honoring apples the way wineries celebrate grapes. Our ciders are crisp, sparkling, and complex, showcasing the distinct flavors of rare and heirloom apple varieties.
Unlike traditional ciders, ours feature higher carbonation and zero additives—no added sugar, flavors, or adjuncts—resulting in a refined drinking experience reminiscent of fine sparkling wine. Using a process similar to white winemaking, we let each apple’s natural acidity, sweetness, and subtle complexities shine, enhanced only by fermentation. Most of our ciders are single varietals, allowing each apple’s unique character to take center stage, with occasional cuvees and blends making special appearances.
All of our ciders are certified kosher with the Scroll K hechsher.
