Co-founder Nick crossed paths with Masahiro, the founder/brewer of @uchubrewing, during hop harvest in New Zealand recently. Impressed by his beer expertise, they reunited in Yakima for the Northern Hemi hop harvest, nerding out over processes. Uchu Brewing’s progressive hoppy beers in Japan inspired us to join forces for a special collab. 🧠

For this one, we dived deep into cellar work—dry hopping several times and double centrifuging (yes, twice, amid 4 dry hops!), and our latest DIPA was born!
