Our work in the vineyards is guided by two principles: to respect all living things and to intervene a little as possible.
Selective harvesting of grapes at optimum maturity. Malolactic fermentation always carried out. Ageing on lees. Only 10,000 bottles produced per year.
Perfect as an aperitif and also a wonderful match with foie gras, braised scallops and other shellfish, as well as white meat such as poultry or veal in sauce.
