We’ve loved drinking well water from the lower Trinity Aquifer ever since we set up shop on the outskirts of Austin in 2010. The minerality you get from the water slowly percolating through 750 feet of limestone rock is unique and delicious.
We’ve offered beer brewed with Hill Country well water for 13 years now, and we’re really excited to share the sparkling well water now too!
