It’s a beer (we know that much) with a Hazy IPA grist and whirlpool hopping, cooled overnight in our coolship, fermented with Norwegian farmhouse yeast (Voss Kveik) in stainless steel, re-fermented with peach puree and fresh-squeezed pineapple and orange juice, and then dry hopped with New Zealand Nectaron Cryo and our hand-selected Simcoe Cryo to drive up the tropical, citrus, stonefruit character even more!

Jester King Juiceship

Fermentation is a journey, and Juiceship charts a course where wild meets juicy. This farmhouse ale spent a night in our coolship, pulling in native yeast from the Texas Hill Country air before fermenting in stainless with Voss Kveik yeast.

From there, we layered on fruit—40 gallons of fresh-squeezed orange and pineapple juice (5% of total batch volume!) and a half-pound per gallon of peach puree—before dry-hopping with hand-selected Simcoe and Nectaron hops for an aromatic citrus swell.

Juiceship is an exploration of fermentation, a balance of fruit intensity and structured hop bitterness, and a nod to the wild elements that define Jester King.

A fleeting voyage, but one worth taking.
