We brewed Nani?! with Weyermann Pilsner Malt, puffed rice, and Sorachi Ace hops. It has been resting patiently at 33 degrees Fahrenheit for the last eight weeks slowly becoming more refined and elegant.
We find Nani?! light and crisp with a beautiful balance between fresh dough, herbaceousness, and crispy cracker.
