Hops, likewise, can present challenges, and our HOP SCOUT series uses new hop varieties and processes to learn as much as we can before we jump in and charge ahead.

Sultana, formerly known as Exp #06277, came out of the Hopsteiner breeding program. Dripping with hop oils, this monster of a hop is ideal for an American IPA and commonly gets descriptors like pineapple, bright citrus and pine.

About the Brewery

KRBC is Kernville’s first brewpub. This makes KRBC much more than just a restaurant; it’s an attraction in itself. According to the Kernville Chamber, on any given weekend the town of Kernville can easily swell to between 20-40 thousand people, all of whom are looking for entertainment and can find it at our establishment.
