A whimsical medley comprised of Willamette Valley Gamay Noir, and Rogue Valley Cabernet Franc and Malbec. The grapes were hand harvested, sorted, and destemmed. Spontaneous alcohol and malolactic fermentations. No additives. The wine was aged in small stainless steel barrels and neutral French oak barrels before it was blended and bottled.
This natural wine emerged from smoldering surrounds in northwest woodlands, capturing elemental earthiness and a subtle hint of smoke with flavors of sweet, ripe summer berries.
Intentionally untamed and meant for immediate enjoyment.
