A Cold IPA is an IPA through and through but fermented with Lager yeast starting in the mid 50 degree range and ramping up into the 60s during fermentation. The result is an incredible aroma profile that is unique to this process. It really adds depth and complexity to the existing hop profile and we think it’s pretty freaking rad.
