Welcome to Oxnard is a peek into the elegant and dynamic world of new-school West Coast IPA. Brewed using Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, and Enigma hops this beer explodes with notes of candied citrus, dragon fruit and papaya that dance playfully on the palate before finishing with a thirst quenching bitterness the way a West Coast IPA should.

-ALTAMONT BEER WORKS WELCOME TO LIVERMORE WEST COAST DOUBLE IPA – 8.0%
The higher abv in Double IPAs can lend a beautiful candy-like sweetness to the finished beer. And picking the right hops can even further showcase this character in all of it’s tropical glory. We chose Mosaic and experimental hop HBC 586 resulting in big blast of passion fruit, lemon candy and citrus zest. The symphony of flavors is bold but the body remains dry and crisp to keep the beer from being cloying or weighing heavy on the palate.

-BURGEON BEER COMPANY WELCOME TO CARLSBAD JUICY WEST COAST – 7.3%
The recent advancements in thiol boosted yeast strains has got us all giddy to continue exploring the wonderful world of thiols. This beer was brewed using a special lot of New Zealand grown Motueka hops specifically chosen for it’s insane levels of thiol precursors. We then unleashed a thiol boosted version of the classic chico yeast strain resulting is an insanely vibrant and juicy aroma reminiscent of passionfruit and pink guava layered onto a base of Pilsner malt, wheat and oats. The future is here now, and it is ABSOLUTELY delicious!

-HUMBLE SEA BREWING CO. WELCOME TO SANTA CRUZ PALE ALE – 5.5%
This pale, straw yellow beer aims to modernize the classic American Pale Ale. A massive punch bowl of tropical fruit from Mosaic and Galaxy hops brims from the glass at first approach. A base of European Pilsner Malt provides a soft balance of graham cracker-like sweetness before finishing dry with a juicy, oily hop presence that lingers gently into the finish.
