We wanted to highlight one of the first hops we fell in love with when we were young brewers, Mosaic. With a little help from her friends Simcoe and Vic Secret, this beer has captured all the things we wanted out of these hops. Peach, strawberries, white grape, and guava can be found throughout the aroma and finish of this one.

Winnie Cooper is a 7% West Coast IPA that we have been drooling over for the last few days as we’ve been sampling it for, you know, quality purposes. It’s got a bit of a juicy feel to it with a solid bitter finish that keeps you coming back for another sip.

Winnie Cooper may be the first love of quite a few people over forty, but she was actually Mat and his wife Missy’s bulldog they adopted during the later years of her life. Winnie loved big belly scratches, dive bombing the floor for some reason, and her little sister Maggie. She also loved sneaking sips of barrel aged stout, further proving what a little monster she was.
