Lost Cause Rum BA Ride or Chai

This is a quite a sipper. Sweet, decadent with a warming spice kick and noticeable rum presence. Notes of cinnamon, cardamom, caramel, black tea, butterscotch and subtle tobacco all play together and change with each taste. The finish is almost buttery from the rum barrels and the tannins balance a deceivingly sweet dessert mead. I can’t wait to see how this keeps integrating with age.
