Mammoth Cherry Sour
No fruit says “summer” more than cherries at the peak of ripeness. We’ve captured that seasonal experience in a bottle (and removed all the pits for you in the process).
Soured in our Kettle with fast-souring Lactobacillus to achieve the desired level of tartness, the wort is then boiled and hops are added to give a little balance of flavor. After finishing fermentation with our house yeast, this brew was blended with Tart-Cherry puree for a refreshing lemonade-like tartness with a pleasant effervescence to make this brew a perfect libation to cap off a day of recreation during the heat of the summer.
