45% Palomino, 30% Treinadora, 7% Godello, 5% Caiño Blanco, 4% Torrontes, 3% Loureira, 3% Albariño, 3% Albillo

VINEYARDS: Estate vineyards in the DO of Ribeiro. Vine age 6-30+ years.
VINEYARD SOILS: Stone + gravel of granitic (igneous) origin
WINEMAKING: Hand harvested Gentle pressing of grapes with pneumatic press, with inclusion of small percentage of selected ripe stems. Fermentation over 14 days at cool temperatures in stainless steel tank. No malolactic fermentation.
AGING: Minimum period of aging in tank after fermentation is complete.
We try to work in harmony with the vineyards , understanding each variety and not applying the same philosophy to all of them. The work in the winery is carried out under the concept of minimal intervention , separate fermentation of the different varieties and plots, trying to express in the wines the maximum potential of our terroir , which leads us to a range of wines where the mineral component of our viticulture of granite is always present.
