100% Cabernet Sauvignon from 80% Yountville and 20% Calistoga.
Fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tank with a post-fermentation cold soak (30 days all together).
66% of the wine was aged in new French oak barrels and the rest was a combination of neutral oak and stainless steel tank.
Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
