BLEND: 100% Pinot Noir
VINEYARDS: ’Les Dracy’ sits immediately downslope from ‘Champs Lalot’ in the village of Dracy-le-Fort, north of Givry, and faces full east. Soils are classic Burgundian limestone and clay.
AGE OF VINES: 50+ year-old vines
WINEMAKING: Hand-harvested. Fermented on indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled tanks. Aged in new Francois Freres oak barrels for 12 months. Unfined and unfiltered.
TASTING IMPRESSIONS: Aromas of black cherries, raspberries, purple wildflowers, crushed stones. Very juicy and round.
