Jovie is a West Coast IPA loaded with Mosaic Incognito as well as hand selected Mosaic and Strata hops. This is the first time we are using Incognito, which is a concentrated hop product made to help boost flavor and packaging yields. After tasting this batch, we are believers. Jovie is a Mosaic BOMB with heavy flavors of blueberry, pineapple, and a touch of dank.
