It’s no secret that we like to tinker with the latest innovations in hop technology. For this beer, we used more Citra Incognito (supercritical CO2 extracted Citra hop resins) than ever before which created the most densely saturated Citra flavor that we’ve ever experienced. We almost didn’t even dry hop this one because it was so insanely hoppy… but then we went ahead and dry-hopped it, twice… with Citra Cryo, Nelson, and Galaxy. This is just bursting with bright oranges and mango, gooseberries galore, and big stonefruit esters from some super fun expressive juicy yeast. Don’t sleep on this one!
