Made with 78% Grenache Noir and 22% Syrah (both from San Diego County), this joooosy red is a fantastic San Diego summer sipper. And just in time for our grand opening celebration this weekend!
The Grenache was a quick 48 hour maceration then pressed, and the Syrah was 100% whole cluster, foot trod and pressed at 21 days. The light and fruity Grenache rosé blended with the dark, tannic Syrah gave us a great chillable red that still had enough complexity to keep it interesting.
Unfined & unfiltered, it’s OK, relax.
