OEC Galaxia 16oz can

Galaxia is our southern hemisphere hoppy lager brewed using a traditional double decoction mash and hopped with Australian Galaxy & New Zealand hops. After the boil it rest in our copper coolship for 1 hour and it is then transferred over our baudelot cooler. Galaxia undergoes a cool fermentation using a German lager yeast. It is cellared for several months and finally dry hopped prior to release.
