OEC Nelson South Pacific Lager
Our South Pacific Lager brewed using Maris Otter malt and hopped with New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops. After the boil it rests in our copper coolship for 1 hour and is then transferred over our baudelot cooler. Nelson undergoes a cool fermentation using a German lager yeast. It is cellared for several months and finally dry hopped prior to release.
