In collaboration with Drake’s Brewing, we decocted Admiral Pilsner and Admiral Hella Cara with whole cone Loral hops. A whirlpool of Hallertau Mittlefruh and American Noble Citra leads for a bright and fun floral pilsner, with no need for a dry hop. Cold fermented, completely naturally carbonated and clarified by time. A labor of love with friends that appreciate the simple beers in life.
Olfactory was born out of a passion to create the best quality brews inspired by traditional and new age techniques.
