A collab with Barebottle, this rye pilsner is hopped exclusively with Loral whole cone and Loral Cryo. A really lovely crusher with Capay Rye and Hella Cara from Admiral Maltings. Both malts contribute a lovely character that compliments the citrus, pear, and white tea notes from the Loral.

We got together with our friends at Barebottle Brewing Company for this love letter to lagers…crispy, crushable, and with a little spice from 8& local Admiral Maltings Capay Rye. Decocted, mash-hopped with whole cone Loral and dry-hopped with Loral.
