Pariah Wicked as Sin IPA

This is a modern West Coast-style IPA brewed using all we’ve learned brewing hop forward beers here at Pariah.

The base recipe of this beer is from back in 2012, and is in fact the first commercial IPA recipe I ever wrote, yet it is unmistakably “today” through careful application of modern hop treatments.

By utilizing these very specific times and temperatures throughout the brewing process, we are able maximize the overall contribution of each of the hops we layered in to this IPA as best we currently know how.

Wicked as Sin is unapologetically bright, crisp, and refreshingly bitter with notes of tangerine hop candy, lemon rind, pine, resin, and earthy dankness. We hope you enjoy as much as we do.
